Providing excellence in the Client Experience, the Sales Lead is responsible for supporting the Store Manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store including, but not limited to:
- Possessing keys to the store
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Handling client service issues.
Sales Associate
Drives revenue and delights clients by providing exceptional service, through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment.
