| Sephora | | Sephora at Alamance Crossing is looking for Part Time Product Consultants that will provide friendly, knowledgeable services to all clients. Your duties will include the following but not limited to:
*Greeting all clients who enter the store with enthusiasm.
*Have flexible staffing availability.
* Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to clients.
*Determine client’s needs and suggest products to meet their needs.
* Communicate product knowledge to clients as appropriate.
*Participate as productive, motivated member of the store team.
*Assist in identifying opportunities within the store and possible solutions.
*Recognize and respect the work of others.
*Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
*Provide makeovers to clients.
As a team member you will assist in maintaining Sephora's merchandising concepts at all times, maintain standards of cleanliness and organization within assigned zone.
Perform and comply with all Sephora policies and procedures, participate in inventory control, complete all delegated task promptly and accurately and participate in programs to reduce shortage and loss.

*Greeting all clients who enter the store with enthusiasm.
*Have flexible staffing availability.
*Provide courteous, knowledgeable service to clients.
*Determine client’s needs and suggest products to meet their needs.
*Communicate product knowledge to clients as appropriate.

*Contribute to a pleasant and organized work environment.
*Provide makeovers to clients.
*Demonstrate and model enthusiasm for client service standards and SEPHORA’s values
*Be punctual at work and with all deadlines
*Take initiative: being able to react to situations in the moment and business opportunities as they arise
*Be available to and flexible with cast by coaching to meet the needs of individuals and being flexible to various behavioral styles
*Set the tone on stage – keep product consultants motivated, smiling, and servicing clients
*Observe the stage to ensure cast members follow the Sephora style of selling and service using the WE CARE processes
*Observe client flow throughout the store and rezone product consultants to ensure optimal coverage. Ensure that cast is aware when a client is in their zone
*Provide effective coaching in the moment
*Make touch bases interactive and fun while presenting the financial overview of the business (“big picture”)
*Open and close the Store
*Appropriately react and handle emergencies and loss prevention issues when opening or closing the store (in the absence of management team)
*Create and execute the store touch base and zoning
